（中央社記者葉素萍桃園23日電）民主進步黨發言人鄭運鵬今天表示，民進黨總統參選人蔡英文競選總部每張餐券都在政治獻金法合法規範下募款，競選總部不收財團政治獻金，也依法申報給監察院。
蔡英文募款餐會不公開引發爭議，法務部次長陳明堂說，公開與否法律沒規定，重點是否有對價關係，檢察官一定會查。
鄭運鵬受訪表示，法務部主管在沒證據狀況下，對外發言使用「對價」這個名詞要謹守分際，謹慎使用，切勿用臆測的發言方式介入政治與選舉。1040923
